there is what appears to be a reasonable tear down / repair video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YbTHKrB7CfU

seems there is a couple of common issues, teeth stripped from gears or a “butterfly” which is the main drive on the motor shaft slips due to a grub screw issue

motor voltage seems to be 24v https://www.kur02.com.au/index.php?option=com_content&view=article&id=47&Itemid=128

so that should be what comes out the back of the controller
