Rallies are a great resource for radio amateurs – a good place to meet other amateurs and pick up a bargain. On this site, we look at the various UK rallies, so you can decide which ones to visit. Here’s a look at one of the UK’s rallies:
CRG Foxton Rally Information
This rally is run by the Cambridgeshire Repeater Group. It’s a popular, medium-sized rally in the village of Foxton, Cambridgeshire, with a mix of indoor tables and an outdoor “car boot” format.
- When: Annually, Usually April
- Admittance Price: £3 (2023 price) – pay in-car on arrival
- Location: Foxton Village Hall, Hardman Road, Foxton, Cambridge, Cambs, CB22 6RN (Click for map)
- Parking: Included. Park on grass. Can get quite busy, but it’s very well marshalled by the CRG team
- Catering: Traditional burger van. Tea and coffee £2 (2022 prices)
