the Usual 145.800Mhz FM, with PD120 SSTV mode

use https://heavens-above.com/PassSummary.aspx?satid=25544&lat=51.4066&lng=0.7432&loc=qbr&alt=3&tz=GMT or any of the satellite pass prediction apps to get the pass times nearer the day

unfortunately most of the passes are early hours of the morning over the UK, so you will need to leave a PC and radio monitoring overnight (highest passes are 6am ish xmas day getting about 50 minutes earlier each night, ending about 10pm on 5th Jan)
